She Can, But She Loses Fun

Wow! Pharshie looks expert now! It was December 27, 2018 when she firstly put into practice of running Honda RS 125fi. The road was not busy because it was just inside Phase-I, Lulua Subdivision, Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur, Philippines. It appeared wet road. The rain was just over after several minutes ago. It was afternoon time when her Pa motivated  her to practice driving with nobody assisted her except a tutorial dictation from her father standing and watching her by the roadside.

In less than an hour, Pharshe would be able to manage her RS. She discovered the balancing with her both fee on the foot pegs while RSFi was smoothly rolling over the wet road. At the same time, she learned change gear from first to second gear. She felt the soft touch of the shifter by her left foot. Likewise, she knew well how to use her right foot for the foot brake. In that afternoon, she got the knowledge for balancing, right position of the feet on foot pegs, gear shifting, braking throttle or using right hand for the accelerator and right hand for the hand brake.

She bought her RS from Safety Enterprises, Zamboanga City on December 19, 2019. Moore took it out of Safety Enterprises in the afternoon. At 2:00 PM, he drove RSFi as far as Curuan one of the barangays of Zamboanga City with a distance of about 48 kilometers from the city.

         

As New Residents of Zamboanga City

It was on April 10, 2010 when we firstly lived in Block - 3 Lot - 7, Lulua Subdivision, Kasanyangan, Zamboanga City, Zamboanga del Sur. It is located at the back of Sta. Barbara and Sta. Catalina. There are so many alternative roads to that subdivision. Visitors may enter either from Sta. Barbara, from Lustre, from Marta or from Barangay Hall of Sta. Catalina. 

The house cost P 750 000.00 to P 800 000.00 in cash price. Due to shortage of money, Moore decided to purchase it via housing loan in Pag-IBIG and to be paid monthly at the amount of P 6 862. Monthly amortization reduced to that amount because Moore gave downpayment, P 250 000.00 taken from the payment of his house sold in Km. 2, Kajatian, Indanan, Sulu. He would pay the housing loan for the period of ten years. 

Living in new home were Yang, Ainehr and Pharshie while Moore was in Indanan, Sulu most of the time because he was a school principal of Pasil Elementary School, Indanan South District. At the start of their transfer to their new home in Lulua, Moore spent only two weeks with his family. Afterwards, he should be back to his station in DepED-Indanan South District. For the convenience and leisure of his family, he encouraged Yang to own home sari-sari store starting with little capital.
